HEALTH AND SAFETY
The management of Health and Safety is an integral part of Express Cleaning day to day operational activities. 
We recognise and accept responsibility for providing a safe and healthy work place for all employees under our direct control. We will work with our customers to ensure all Health and Safety standards are met for everyone else not directly under our control.
We will review and revise all safety standards when necessary and employees will be kept well informed. The staff at express cleaning are trained and reviewed on a yearly basis.
Risk Assessment
We carry out risk assessment regularly and before each job. The procedure is overseen by trained professionals. On request of clients we will provide a risk assessment documentation, evaluating, classifing all risks and showing procedures which will be carried out to prevent danger.
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH)
We have a formulated list of products currently in stock and in use. At Express Cleaning Services, we provide our clients and potential clients COSHH Data Sheets and COSHH Risk Assessments.
We use specialist cleaners who are fully trained and experienced in all products we have in stock and use.
P.A.T Testing
All electrical appliances in use have been and are regularly tested and inspected to meet legislations. All our machinery have been issued P.A.T certificates and can be made available on request.
Our Staff members who handle these equipments are fully trained and qualified.
Fire Procedures
All staff members are issued with safety procedures in case of fire. Necessary training is also carried out to ensure staff members stay current and up to date. In addition, we work with our clients to understand their safety procedures fully.
